FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - What are your business hours?
- The store is open online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Orders and customer service requests by fax and e-mail can be sent any time and will be processed as quickly as possible in the order received. The customer support and telephone order desk is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM eastern standard time.
- What Currencies do you support?
- All orders are transacted in U.S. Dollars.
- Do you sell or use mailing lists?
- No. We do not buy, sell, trade or use mailing lists. Your e-mail address is used to process your order and provide customer service only.
- Will sales tax apply to my order?
- Sales tax must be added to orders shipped within the State of Florida. We are not required to collect sales tax on shipments outside the State of Florida.
- Can I Send a Check or Money Order?
- We would be pleased to accept your check or money order as a form of payment. Remember to add sales tax if you reside in the State of Florida and add the applicable shipping rate (see the shipping calculator).
