RETURN RESTRICTIONS The following items have Return Restrictions and are not returnable: 1. Special order items. 2. Opened or defaced items. 3. Items of intimate nature. 4. Products drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. RETURN POLICY 1. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without prior phone authorization and a clearly written Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package. 2. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. 3. All merchandise returns are subject to inspection. Any unsuitable merchandise will not be accepted. 4. Items Not Returnable: Special order items; open or defaced items; items of intimate nature; products shipped directly from the manufacturer. 5. We will replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer’s policy. RETURN/RMA INFORMATION At KAT Health Products we strive for accuracy in packing and shipping. However, if you do need to return an item, follow these steps: - Call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-456-2999. You will be asked to provide the invoice number, date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return. If accepted, you will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
